These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website neuralpathway.one and vocational training services offered by NeuralPathway Inc. ("NeuralPathway," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada (Business Number 834591726RC0001). By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
NeuralPathway provides vocational training in artificial neural networks and deep learning engineering. Our services consist of structured courses, instructor-led cohorts, hybrid Hamilton lab intensives, self-paced pathways, corporate upskilling programmes, pathway advisory sessions, and alumni office hours — all focused on teaching computational machine learning skills. We are not an AI consulting agency, web design studio, marketing firm, or IT outsourcing provider. We do not build client websites, deliver managed AI services on retainer, or guarantee business outcomes from consulting engagements because we do not offer consulting.
When we reference neural, we mean computational models in machine learning — not neuroscience therapy, brain training, neuroplasticity coaching, cognitive brain games, clinical neurology, or mental wellness programmes. Completion certificates issued by NeuralPathway reflect course participation and fulfilment of stated module milestones — not university degrees, college diplomas, professional engineering licensure, or third-party industry certifications unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific programme. We do not guarantee employment, salary increases, internships, or job placement. Learning outcomes depend on prerequisites met, practice time, individual aptitude, and market conditions beyond our control.
Our programmes are intended for adult learners and professionals. By enrolling, you represent that you are at least eighteen years of age or have obtained appropriate parental or guardian consent, and that you have authority to enter a binding agreement. Corporate clients represent that individuals enrolled by the organisation have been informed of these Terms and that enrolment data provided is accurate.
Programme enrolment is confirmed upon acceptance of your application, payment of stated tuition or execution of a corporate agreement, and communication of cohort start details. Published C$ pricing ranges on our website are subject to change for future cohorts; your tuition is governed by the price confirmed at enrolment. Payment terms, refund windows, and transfer policies are communicated in enrolment documentation and may vary by programme and delivery format. Failure to pay amounts when due may result in suspension of access to learning materials and cohort sessions.
Programmes state prerequisites honestly — including Python proficiency and linear algebra for foundational pathways. You are responsible for ensuring you meet prerequisites before enrolling in advanced modules such as NP-005 Transformers or NP-009 Capstone. Academic integrity requires that all submitted work reflect your own understanding. Use of AI-assisted coding tools may be permitted where instructors specify conditions; blind copy-paste of generated code without comprehension violates these Terms and may result in removal from a cohort without refund. Instructors may investigate suspected integrity violations and withhold certificates pending resolution.
Course materials, pathway navigator content, slide decks, lab notebooks, assessments, branding, and website content are owned by NeuralPathway Inc. or licensed to us. Enrolled learners receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access materials for personal educational use during the enrolment period. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publicly post, or create derivative commercial products from course materials without prior written consent. Capstone projects you create remain your intellectual property, subject to any third-party dataset or framework licences applicable to your work.
You agree to interact respectfully with instructors, staff, and fellow learners in live sessions, forums, and campus facilities at 1 Hunter Street East, Suite 404, Hamilton, ON. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behaviour, unauthorised recording of sessions for redistribution, sharing of login credentials, or attempts to compromise platform security are prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund. Hybrid Hamilton attendees must follow facility rules communicated during orientation.
You may use neuralpathway.one for lawful personal and informational purposes. You may not scrape content at scale, attempt unauthorised access to systems, introduce malware, interfere with site operation, or use the contact form for spam or unlawful purposes. Honeypot fields and technical measures help protect forms from automated abuse. Information on the website is provided for general educational purposes and may change without notice.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which aligns with PIPEDA. Cookie practices are described in our Cookie Policy. Contact form submissions require explicit PIPEDA consent. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read these policies.
Training delivery may rely on third-party platforms for video conferencing, learning management, payment processing, and email. Your use of those platforms may be subject to their separate terms. NeuralPathway is not responsible for third-party outages beyond our reasonable efforts to select reliable providers and communicate disruptions to affected cohorts.
Services and website content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free materials, or that training will achieve specific career results. Course exercises involving model training may produce unpredictable outputs; you are responsible for validating results in professional contexts.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeuralPathway Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of services or website content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for direct damages arising from services under these Terms shall not exceed the tuition fees you paid to NeuralPathway for the programme giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeuralPathway Inc. from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of services, infringement of third-party rights through your capstone or submitted work, or unlawful conduct in cohort or campus settings, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Cancellation and refund terms are specified in enrolment agreements and cohort-specific policies communicated at registration. General principles include: requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]; refund eligibility may depend on timing relative to cohort start dates and resources already allocated; partial refunds or credit toward future cohorts may apply where full refunds are not available. Corporate contracts follow separately negotiated terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation in Ontario.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance for ongoing relationships, except where applicable law requires additional consent. Programmes already enrolled under prior Terms may be governed by the Terms in effect at enrolment for the duration of that cohort unless changes are required by law or mutually agreed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that courts located in Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or services, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your province of residence provide otherwise. Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting [email protected] with a written description of the dispute.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with enrolment agreements, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and programme-specific documentation, constitute the entire agreement between you and NeuralPathway regarding website use and training services, superseding prior oral or written understandings on the same subject except where enrolment contracts specify additional terms.
